You could get a wage subsidy of up to $14,000 in matching funds to hire post-graduate interns or Indigenous youth participants between 15 and 30 years old, for a period of 4 to 12 months. The projects must provide for the employees:
- Agriculture career-related work experiences in Canada
- Skills acquisition through mentoring and coaching
