Cape Breton Partnership-Global Skills Strategy
The Cape Breton Partnership is a referral partner to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Dedicated Service Channel (DSC). This is a dedicated service for employers to navigate Canada’s immigration system to meet their needs.
The DSC gives employers access to an account manager who can:
- Assess the employer’s needs
- Answer the employer’s questions
- Give the employer guidance
