If your knowledge-based business generates an economic benefit for Nova Scotia, you may be eligible for a 5% to 10% rebate on your gross payroll. You may be eligible, if you:

• Are locating or expanding in Nova Scotia
• Have strategic plans to improve your competitiveness in export markets by increasing productivity or investing in product development

To get the annual rebate, you must create a minimum of 20 new jobs at a determined salary within a set timeframe.
