Atlantic Canadian lobster is recognized world-wide for its quality and outstanding taste, but through climate change, rapidly evolving technologies and globalization, the Atlantic Canadian lobster industry faces new challenges. This is an initiative to support the stakeholders of the lobster industry in their efforts to undertake research projects with Academia to ensure the sustainability and continued growth of this important Atlantic Canadian sector.
